The CSV upload option can be accessed from the “People” page via the “Add People” button:
After clicking the “Add People” button you will see the option to upload your CSV file, as well as a CSV template available for download.
The required CSV format is as follows:
The max number of users in the system for the Small to Medium Business is 499. Any CSV file with greater than 499 users will still be uploaded but the 500th and and beyond will be truncated. Admins will need to agree to the Enterprise upgrade terms and pricing before greater than 499 users can be uploaded.
Once your CSV is formatted correctly and saved, click the CSV icon and then click "Upload CSV" .
When your CSV has been successfully uploaded you will see the "CSV Upload Completed" confirmation message
